ReviewBro is a software service that helps local businesses collect Google reviews using an AI Google review QR. When customers scan the QR, they can use editable AI-written review drafts before posting on Google themselves.

2. Information we collect

Depending on how you use ReviewBro, we may collect:

  • Account information: name, email address, password (stored in hashed form), and sign-in details when you register or log in.
  • Business information: business name, location, Google Business Profile or Google Maps listing details, review links, branding assets, and settings you choose for your ReviewBro account.
  • Customer review activity: star ratings, optional contact details customers choose to share, feedback they submit through your QR flow, and AI-generated review drafts shown to customers before they post on Google themselves.
  • Usage and device data: pages viewed, feature usage, approximate location derived from IP address, browser type, device identifiers, referral URLs, and similar analytics events.
  • Support communications: messages you send us by email, WhatsApp, or through our support channels.
  • Billing information: if you subscribe to a paid plan, payment details are processed by our payment provider; we receive billing status, plan tier, and limited transaction metadata, not full card numbers stored by us.

3. How we use information

We use personal information to:

  • Provide, operate, and improve the AI Google review QR service.
  • Create and manage your account, authenticate users, and prevent fraud or abuse.
  • Generate QR codes, review drafts, and the review experience you set up for your business.
  • Send service emails such as verification codes, account notices, and support replies.
  • Analyse product usage to fix bugs, improve performance, and develop new features.
  • Comply with law, enforce our agreements, and protect the rights and safety of users.

ReviewBro does not post Google reviews on a customer's behalf and does not create fake reviews. Customers edit suggested text and choose whether to publish on Google Maps themselves.

4. Legal basis and Indian law

Where applicable, we process personal data based on your consent, performance of a contract with you, our legitimate interests in operating and improving a secure online service, and compliance with legal obligations. If you are in India, our practices are designed to align with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and related rules as they come into force.

5. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

  • Infrastructure and hosting providers that run our websites, applications, and databases.
  • Email and messaging providers used to deliver verification codes, notifications, and support messages.
  • Analytics providers such as Mixpanel and Google Analytics to understand how ReviewBro is used.
  • AI and API providers that power review draft generation when you or your customers use those features.
  • Google services when you connect a Google Business Profile or Maps listing, subject to Google's own terms and privacy policies.
  • Payment processors if you purchase a paid subscription.
  • Professional advisers or authorities when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.

Service providers may process data on our behalf under contractual obligations appropriate to the sensitivity of the information.

6. Cookies and analytics

7. Data retention

We may process and store information on servers located in India or other countries where our service providers operate. When data is transferred across borders, we take steps designed to ensure an appropriate level of protection consistent with applicable law.

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of ReviewBro. By creating an account, using our AI Google review QR service, or visiting reviewbro.ai, you agree to these terms.

1. Acceptance of terms

By using ReviewBro, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy above. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. The service

ReviewBro provides an AI Google review QR service for local businesses. You can create a QR code linked to your business, let customers scan it on their phone, and offer editable AI-written review drafts that customers may use before posting a Google review themselves. Features may change over time as we improve the product.

3. Your account

You are responsible for the information you provide when signing up and for keeping your login details secure. Please give accurate business and contact details and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use ReviewBro to:

  • Create, request, or publish fake, misleading, or paid Google reviews.
  • Harass, abuse, or harm others, or send unlawful or offensive content.
  • Break any applicable law, regulation, or third-party terms (including Google's policies).
  • Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorised access to our systems.
  • Use the service in a way that could damage ReviewBro's reputation or the trust of your customers.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules or pose a risk to other users or the service.

5. Google reviews

ReviewBro helps customers write and edit review drafts. We do not post Google reviews on your customers' behalf. Each customer decides whether, when, and what to publish on Google. You are responsible for using ReviewBro in a way that complies with Google's review policies and applicable law.

6. Intellectual property

ReviewBro, its branding, software, and content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the service for your business while your account is active and in good standing. You may not copy, resell, or misuse our software or branding without written permission.

7. Subscriptions and billing

Some features require a paid plan. Prices and plan details are shown when you subscribe. Payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not store your full card details. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, fees are billed in advance for the selected billing period. You may cancel according to the options available in your account or by contacting us. Refunds, if any, are handled as described at purchase or required by applicable law.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

ReviewBro is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We work to keep the service reliable and secure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or specific business results such as a particular number of Google reviews.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law in India, ReviewBro and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim, or INR 5,000 if you used a free plan, whichever is greater, except where liability cannot be limited by law.
