Yes. Google allows businesses to ask customers for honest, voluntary reviews. ReviewBro helps happy diners leave their own review — it does not post reviews on their behalf. See Google Maps review guidelines for details.
Does ReviewBro create fake restaurant reviews?
No. ReviewBro suggests review text based on the rating the customer selects. They choose a suggestion, edit it in their own words, copy it, and post it themselves on Google Maps or Zomato.
What happens when a customer leaves a low rating?
